Mighty Joy, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operates the Superdeal platform, including all related websites, applications, software, and services accessible at getsuperdeal.com (collectively, the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information about you when you access or use the Platform.

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

7.4 Do Not Track Signals. The Platform does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals or similar mechanisms.

The Platform is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 18. To the extent that we process personal data on your behalf as a data processor (for example, where you upload data about your own customers or end users to the Platform), you acknowledge that: (a) you are the data controller and are responsible for the lawfulness of such data processing; (b) you have obtained all necessary consents and authorizations to provide such data to us; and (c) our processing of such data will be in accordance with your instructions as set forth in these Terms and this Policy.
